Unemployed?  Has unemployment meant being in emotional or spiritual pain?  In-Between Jobs is a free group to support anyone who is unemployed or underemployed who is trying to discover the purpose and meaning in their lives, to fulfill their potential, and make this world a better place. We believe that sharing gives us the strength and hope needed to create lives we can love.  Groups on ??? and ??? currently. Call for more information: first name, at 999-999-9999, Second person's first name at 999-999-9999 x999

Your group should have six to eight members, but start with fewer if necessary. Other information about running your group is under Support. The meeting place needs to be a neutral setting rather than someone's home, if possible. At the first meeting introduce yourself as the person who ran the ad. You may run meetings until others feel like they can talk over the responsibility then rotate within the group weekly. Use the Leading Groups format.  Handout copies of Birds of a Feather, Creating Support and Feedback page.  Ask a group member to read Suggested Steps, and another read Guidelines.  At first meeting ask members if there is anything else they feel should be added to the Guidelines.  If someone wants to add or clearify something, check it out with others in the group and add it to the groups lists if the majority agrees. . Read the Suggested Steps aloud for the first meeting.
